There is a very nice rubric for evaluation and it could be used for a variety of topics not just professional development. The examples were a nice addition, and relevance could easily be established. It might be beneficial for grant evaluators as well to help determine how to evaluate a project.

I really liked the tool and appreciated the clear language. It didn’t feel too overwhelming. I would use and recommend especially if I could adapt the language and situational context.
